Public Speaking

Roy is an eloquent advocate for for health and physical fitness. He is active in several programs with schools and local businesses promoting health through exercise and good nutrition. Besides running in many events, he is asked to speak at them as well. Roy has given presentations in schools, for running organizations, and health conferences.

He also writes a column for a local newspaper and a newsletter, and contributes frequently to various other publications, including Marathon And Beyond and UltraRunning Magazine.
